Just browse our Catalogue, and once you have found a product you wish to buy click "Buy Now". Repeat this process for each item you wish to purchase. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket" to check items you have bought. You will be able to delete items if required before clicking on "Checkout" and there you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You can also place an order by telephone, but please do not send your credit card details by fax or e mail as they are only secure through our online shop. Choose Postage Option We try to dispatch orders the same, or next working day where possible. To keep Postage simple we offer a 1st Class 1-3 day service rate for the UK and Airsure for Europe and Parcelforce International for all other Worldwide postage. If you require a" Next Day "service then you can choose our "Nexy Day Delivery" at checkout, please note that orders placed after the 2pm deadline will be dispatched the following day. We use before 9am and before 1pm for our next day delivery service which has track and trace. The Charge for "Nexy Day" delivery depends on the weght of the order and starts at £8.00. NEXT DAY SERVICE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE BFPO Addresses Can Use The 24 Hour Service But Please Note This Is A 2-3 Day Express Service And Not A Next Day Shown product prices do not include Postage & Packing costs, this will be added at the checkout and is calculated by the weight of your order, average postage costs are £4.00, our minimun postage charge is £2.00 Please allow between1-3 days for delivery within the UK, although items in stock are normally proccessed the same or following working day and are recieved on average within 2 days. Guarantee We offer an exchange like for like policy on all products that are damaged or faulty unless the customer requires a refund. Goods may be returned within 7 days from when they were recieved for exchange. Daydreamers Fancy Dress Ltd will refund any postage costs that may occur when returning damaged or faulty goods only and not returns due to wrong sizing or that are unsuitable. Any items recieved back after the 14 days will be known as "goods in dispute" and will be sent back to the purchaser without refund or exchange. We use suppliers images on our website to display our products. Although these images depict the products to their best we cannot be held resonsible for slight differences in colours to the products due to different screen resolutions or the look of the products This does not effect your statutory rights. |

Returns Policy Please Note That Halloween Goods May not Be Returned For Refund After 31st Oct IMPORTANT When Returning Items Please Include The Invoice Or A Copy Of The Invoice And WriteThe 9 Digit Worldpay Transaction ID Number On The Invoice (This You Recieved From Worldpay Unless You Placed Your Order By Phone) This Will Speed Up Your Refund Payment Card Refunds May Take Up To 5 Days To Be Credited Back To Your Account Any goods purchased from Daydreamers Fancy Dress can be returned within 7 days from receipt of delivery to yourself. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability, unless Daydreamers Fancy Dress are at fault or the order is damaged (goods are checked before dispatch) then we will refund the return postage costs, please obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office for your records. You may return by Recorded Delivery if you wish, however Daydreamers Fancy Dress will not pay this extra cost. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive from Royal Mail so Recorded Delivery option is personal choice. When returning for a refund we will only refund the cost of the item (s) and not postage costs charged when purchasing the item(s), unless Daydreamers Fancy Dress or the goods are at fault..
