Just browse our Catalogue, and once you have found a product you wish to buy click "Buy Now". Repeat this process for each item you wish to purchase. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Basket" to check items you have bought. You will be able to delete items if required before clicking on "Checkout" and there you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You can also place an order by telephone, but please do not send your credit card details by fax or e mail as they are only secure through our online shop. Choose Delivery Option We try to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 3pm Mon -Fri To keep delivery simple we offer a 1st Class 2-3 day service rate for the UK, an International Signed For service for Europe (5-7 days) and Worldwide (7-10 days) and Parcelforce International for all other Worldwide postage services over 2kg, Global Express and Euro Express...Plus Airsure 4-6 Days For Countries within this service. Please Note 1st class 2-3 Days Is UK only, Ireland 5-7 Days If you require a" Next Day "service then you can choose our "Nexy Day Delivery" at checkout, please note that you have to contact us for this service for us to be sure we have the item stocked. We use before Royal Mail before 1pm for our next day delivery service which has track and trace. The charge for "Nexy Day" delivery depends on the weight of the order and starts at £8.00. We also offer a Royal Mail Saturday Delivery Service this starts at £12.00. NEXT DAY SERVICE REQUIRES A SIGNATURE...or a card will be posted through your door for you to pick up from your local depot. Guarantee We offer an exchange like for like policy on all products that are damaged or faulty unless the customer requires a refund. Goods may be returned within 7 days from when they were recieved for exchange or refund. Daydreamers Fancy Dress Ltd will refund any postage costs that may occur when returning damaged or faulty goods only and not returns due to wrong sizing or that are unsuitable. Any items recieved back after the 28 days will be known as "goods in dispute" and will be sent back to the purchaser without refund or exchange. We use suppliers images on our website to display our products. Although these images depict the products to their best we cannot be held resonsible for slight differences in colours to the products due to different screen resolutions or the look of the products This does not effect your statutory rights. |

Returns Policy RETURNING GOODS If returning item/s for a refund/exchange please include your invoice or a copy of the invoice, you can use the returns sticky label attached to your invoice and then take to the post office, you will be required to pay for postage.. Credit Card Refunds May Take Up To 4 Days To Be Credited Back To Your Account By The Banks, Paypal Sometimes Longer. Goods purchased from Daydreamers Fancy Dress can be returned for exchange or refund, please advise within 7 working days. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability, unless Daydreamers Fancy Dress are at fault or the order is damaged (goods are checked before dispatch) then we will refund the return postage costs, please obtain a proof of postage from your Post Office for your records. You may return by Recorded Delivery if you wish, however Daydreamers Fancy Dress will not pay this extra cost. We cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive from Royal Mail so Recorded Delivery option is a preffered choice. When returning for a refund we will only refund the cost of the item (s) and not postage costs charged when purchasing the item(s), unless Daydreamers Fancy Dress or the goods are at fault then we will send you a returns pre paid bag.. All goods must be kept in original conditions i.e not worn (apart from trying them on) and have all packaging in tact when returnd. Costumes that do not have their header cards or packaging in tact will be charged 15% of product price so that we can re package for sale. Products used or damaged in any way while under the customers responsibility will be refused a refund this includes items smelling of nicotine, deoderant, perfume, stretching or any other damage deemed so done by the customer.
