We are serious about security and understand that some people are very wary at giving their details over the internet especially credit card infomation.Please be assured that we use Worldpay, a world recognised payment proccessing company that do not hold any personal infomation about our customers.

In our office we do not see or keep any of your card information on file, your order comes to us with a merchant number only, if placing an order by telephone then all order information is shredded straight away.

How Much Is Postage?...Postage costs depend on the weight of your order, our standard charge for a costume would be £3.50 postage and packing but this will vary on the weight of the costume. You can always add items to your basket and head for the checkout before you pay to get exact postage prices.

All ordres that weigh 2 kg or over will always go on our next day delivery service.

Our Nex Day service is priced at £8.00 for weight up to 2kg £12.00 for weight up to 5 kg and £15.00 for up to 30kg

How Long Does Postage Take?.....On a normal First Class service postage can take between 1 and 3 days depending on where you live and of course the postal service. The norm is about 2 working days, however this is not guranteed.
